The present invention relates to an apparatus for installing a coil type ground heat exchanger, and a method for constructing a ground heat exchanger using the same and, more specifically, to an apparatus for installing a coil type ground heat exchanger capable of digging a hole by an auger, inserting a ground heat exchanger coil, and injecting grout at the same time; and a method for constructing a ground heat exchanger using the same. According to the present invention, the apparatus for installing a coil type ground heat exchanger to install a ground heat exchanger coil in a bore hole perforated by an auger consisting of a rod in the form of a hollow tube, and a spiral screw continuously formed in the outer circumferential surface of the rod comprises: a fixing member hinge combined with the lower part of the screw to be rotated to fix a ground heat exchanger coil located on the lower part of the screw; and an actuating member vertically installed inside the rod, connected with one end of the fixing member, and to release the fixed state of the fixing member by the force applied from the outside.
