Provided is a method for manufacturing a dye-sensitized solar cell. The method for manufacturing a dye-sensitized solar cell comprises: a step of forming a photoelectric conversion layer, which contains electrode particles and a dye layer absorbed onto the surface of the electrode particles, on a first substrate; a step of forming a guide layer on a second substrate by pre-treating the second substrate with an alkaline solution; a step of forming an electrode layer which contains a compound of selenium (Se) and at least one selected among cobalt (Co), molybdenum (Mo), and nickel (Ni); and a step of injecting an electrolyte solution between the first substrate and the second substrate.
