PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fitting structure configured so that a return roller can be easily exchanged.SOLUTION: A return roller fitting structure of a belt conveyor is configured so that a return roller for receiving an underside of a conveyor belt on a return side is fitted to a fixation structure portion of the belt conveyor so as to be freely rotatable. In the return roller fitting structure of the belt conveyor: a base plate 15 is attached to the fixation structure portion 10; one end part of a fitting bracket 14 is fitted to the base plate so as to be freely rotatable, whereas the other end part of the fitting bracket is detachably fitted to the base plate; a fitting shaft 13A of the return roller 13 is detachably inserted to an insertion concavity 14A of an upper end edge of the fitting bracket, whereas the other end part of the fitting bracket is separated from the base plate to rotate around the one end part; and thereby the return roller is separated from the conveyor belt 20B of the return side and allowed to be removed from the fitting bracket. |
