PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device which highly reliably makes a user recognize monitoring information on traffic monitoring activity.SOLUTION: A radar detector 1 which reports monitoring information on traffic monitoring activity includes: screens 15L and R which can display the monitoring information; a white LED which lights up manual operation buttons 24; and a control part which controls the white LED. The control part can execute flashing control for alternately switching a lighted state and a lights-out state or a dimming state on each manual operation button 24.
