摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple time-space conversion optical signal processing circuit capable of performing time-space conversion optical signal processing to optical signals having different wavelength input from a plurality of ports, and performing wavelength multiprocessing by one arrayed-waveguide grating (AWG).SOLUTION: A time-space conversion optical signal processing circuit includes: an arrayed-waveguide grating (AWG) constituted of: an input waveguide 101, a slab waveguide 102, an array waveguide 103 and a slab waveguide 104 and a reflection type space filter 105 arranged on the focal surface of the slab waveguide 104, and configured to perform intensity or phase modulation to an input optical signal (optical spectrum) whose frequency components are spatially developed. The space filter 105 has a phase modulation structure constituted of an electron beam lithography resist and a gold mirror at each position where an optical spectrum having frequencies λ1, λ2, λ3 and λ4 on a filter substrate made of quartz is developed. Thus, it is possible to perform signal processing by patterning the gold mirror.
