PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a relay capable of securing contact pressure between contact points and having an easy-to-process contact point.SOLUTION: A relay comprises: a stationary contact point 17; and a movable contact point 36 that can move toward and away from the stationary contact point 17, and contacts the stationary point 17 for conducting a current between itself and the stationary contact point 17. In the relay, at least one of the stationary contact point 17 and the movable contact point 36 is formed to extend in one direction, and cross sectional shapes CS1 and CS2 vertical to its extension direction are identical to each other in the extension direction. Portions of the cross section shapes CS1 and CS2 on sides contacting the mating contact points 36 and 17 are provided as curve parts 17b and 36b formed into a curve shape swollen toward the mating contact points 36 and 17. |
