PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radio communication device capable of easily converting a polarization plane without using a polarization conversion adapter.SOLUTION: A radio communication device 1 includes: an outer housing 10 comprising a mount 12 for supporting an antenna 4 and a fitting part 11 to an installation structure 2; and an inner structure 30 that comprises a radio communication circuit 32 connected with the antenna 4 via an antenna connection part 33 and is housed in the outer housing 10. The inner structure 30 is able to be housed in the outer housing 10 in any position of a first position in which polarization passing through the antenna connection part 33 is in a predetermined direction and a second position in which polarization is rotated 90 degrees in a rotating direction relative to the first position.
