PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel cell capable of correcting undulation at molding of a press-type separator as well as improving positioning accuracy at lamination of a fuel battery cell.SOLUTION: A fuel cell formed by laminating a plurality of fuel battery cells includes: a first separator 40 with a flow passage 36 molded by pressing; a second separator 60 to which press is not applied or press is applied slighter than to the first separator 40; and reference parts 61a, 62a formed on the second separator 60 and provided outside of an outer peripheral end of the first separator 40 when viewed from a lamination direction while protruding from an outer peripheral end of the second separator 60, in which at least a part of the outer peripheral end of the first separator 40 other than a position corresponding to the reference parts 61a, 62a is formed outside the outer peripheral end of the second separator 60. |
