PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a unit room that facilitates forming and constructing a ceiling surface with a ceiling panel before constructing a wall structural material, and also facilitates removing and replacing only the ceiling panel or only the wall structural material even on the occurrence of a need of replacing the wall structural material such as the ceiling panel or the wall panel.SOLUTION: A ceiling panel 1 is disposed so that a locking claw part 13e provided at the lower end of an engagement part body 13c extending downward from the tip of an extending part 13b of an end engagement part 13 of the ceiling panel 1 can be received by an inclined surface part 34b provided at an upper end part of a strut connecting member 3b. While the end engagement part 13 is elastically deformed so that the engagement part body 13c is opened outward, by lowering a ceiling surface forming unit 11 to the inside of a bathroom using a jig, the locking claw part 13e falls downward along an inclined surface of the inclined surface part 34b. When exceeding the lower end of the inclined surface part 34b, the engagement part body 13c is elastically restored, and the locking claw part 13e gets within an engagement recess 38 of the strut connecting member 3b, and thereby the ceiling panel 1 is prevented from leaving upward. |
