PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composition for producing a sheet for forming a laminate including an ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer and a polystyrene-based resin, which is excellent in working characteristics such as a film forming property in producing a sheet.SOLUTION: A composition for producing a sheet for forming a laminate including an ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer and a polystyrene-based resin is disclosed. The composition has a sea-island structure in which the ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer forms a sea phase and the polystyrene-based resin forms an island phase. An average diameter (((average major diameter (l))+(average minor diameter (d)))/2) of the island phase composed of the polystyrene-based resin is 40 μm or less and an average aspect ratio ((average major diameter (l))/(average minor diameter (d))) of the island phase composed of the polystyrene-based resin is 40 or less. A production method of the composition, and a sheet for forming a laminate using the composition are disclosed.
