PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid-state laser device of flash lamp excitation enabling highly efficient stable laser oscillation.SOLUTION: The solid-state laser device is used that includes: a resonator that outputs laser light; a solid laser medium disposed in the resonator; a flash lamp that irradiates the laser medium with excitation light; and heating means, provided so as to cover at least a part of the laser medium, that heats up the laser medium. |
