PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quantitatively analyze the structure and influence of a situational change of market and increase the possibility of reducing a loss of opportunity or failure in investment, bringing about efficiency to economy.SOLUTION: The present invention detects a change point in a situation vector as a situational change by: calculating a time series of situation vectors comprising a numeric value for characterizing a rate of increase or decrease in market occupancy scale of each competition element at each point of time; and creating a time series model of situation vectors sequentially from a competition element in an uppermost hierarchy toward lower hierarchies by referring to the order relation of hierarchy in market competition of service category hierarchical information storage means when detecting a change in situation vectors to a given time section.
