PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bicycle pedal whose mud-removing performance is improved.SOLUTION: A bicycle pedal 10 comprises: a pedal shaft 12; a pedal body 14 rotatably supported by the pedal shaft; a first cleat fixing member 16 rotatably connected to the pedal body around a first pivot axis X between a first position and a second position; an auxiliary member 18 which is turnably connected to the pedal body, and which moves around a second pivot axis Y farther away from the pedal shaft than the first pivot axis; and a first pressing member 20 arranged on the second pivot axis and also arranged between the pedal body and the first cleat fixing member so as to press the first cleat fixing member toward the first position. And in a step-in operation, the first cleat fixing member and the auxiliary member integrally turn around the second pivot axis till the auxiliary member contacts with the pedal body, and then the first cleat fixing member turns around the first pivot axis toward the second position independently of the auxiliary member. |
