<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To appropriately limit, by means of a communication adapter, control of electrical equipment by a control device.SOLUTION: A control level specifying information acquiring unit 101 acquires, from electrical equipment, control level specifying information with which it is possible to specify a control level associated with the electrical equipment. A permitted control information storing unit 106 stores therein permitted control information showing control that is determined based on the control level specifying information and permitted control definition information and is permitted for the electrical equipment. A command receiving unit 107 receives a command transmitted from a control device to the electrical equipment. A control specifying unit 108 specifies control commanded by the received command. A control signal generating unit 109 generates a control signal for having the electrical equipment carry out the specified control when the specified control is the permitted control shown by the permitted control information. A control signal transmitting unit 110 transmits the generated control signal to the electrical equipment.</p> |
