<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To discover a nonstandard clinker in an early stage and restrain the nonstandard clinker from being mixed in a product.SOLUTION: An image recognition means is used for recognizing an image of the clinker discharged from a clinker cooler and recognizing the whiteness degree of the discharged clinker. A switching means is used for switching a conveyance destination of the discharged clinker to any of product storage means and nonstandard product storage means. In the concrete, when the whiteness degree recognized by the image recognition means becomes equal to or larger than a preset whiteness degree threshold, the switching means calculates an area, in which the recognized whiteness degree becomes equal to or larger than the preset whiteness degree threshold, in the image, integrates the calculated area, outputs an abnormal signal when the integrated area becomes equal to or larger than a predetermined area threshold, outputs an alarm when the number of output times of the abnormal signal becomes equal to or larger than an abnormal signal threshold, and switches the conveyance destination of the discharged clinker to the nonstandard product storage means when the number of output times of the alarm becomes equal to or larger than an alarm threshold.</p> |
