PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To classify the intents of multiple services under the consideration of the specificity of the function without using the personal information of a user.SOLUTION: In an intent information processor 2, intents are extracted from a plurality of services collected from a Web site, and three featured values indicating functional specificity are calculated from those intents, and the intents are classified on the basis of the calculated three featured values, and the result is stored in an intent functional specificity storage part 14. Then, in a server 3, the presentation screen of the intents which are high in functional specificity, that is, unique is generated on the basis of information indicating the functional specificity of the intents stored in the intent functional specificity storage part 14, and transmitted to a client terminal 4 so as to be displayed, and when the desired intent is selected from among the displayed intents, the list of services related to the intent is created, and transmitted to the client terminal 4.
