PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently form an adhesive layer on an inner lateral face of a coated crimp part in a crimp terminal without variation.SOLUTION: In a device 10 of forming an adhesive layer for a crimp terminal, a lamination tape material 6 including a tape-like base material 61 and an adhesive layer 62 on the base material 61 is drawn out sequentially by a unit length, and the base material 61 of the drawn lamination tape material 6 is supported by a supporting surface 31 of a tape supporting part 3. The base material 61 through the tape supporting part 3 is taken, and the adhesive layer 62 formed on the part supported by the tape supporting part 3 in the base material 61 is pressed against an inner lateral face of a coated crimp part 81 in the crimp terminal 8.
