摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the bond strength of an aluminum alloy slide bearing manufactured by pressure-welding an aluminum alloy rolled plate of an Al-Sn system containing Sn of 5-20% or an Al-Sn-Si system containing Sn of 5-20% and Si of 0.5-12% with a steel back metal by cold rolling, and then performing annealing.SOLUTION: An aluminum alloy rolled plate contains Fe of 0.5-1.5%. In the aluminum alloy rolled plate, a pressure-welding planned surface of the rolled plate where Fe phases are dispersed is mechanically chipped so as to have roughness 1-5μm JIS(Ra) to make the surface rough, and then is pressure-welded, or a recess part is formed by shot-blast.</p>
