PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a power receiving part and a power transmission part to be arranged together in an appropriate position.SOLUTION: A power receiver 11 includes a power receiving part 200 and a plurality of detecting parts 310. The power receiving part 200 is configured so as to move between a storage position and a power receiving position S2, and receives power in a non-contact manner from a power transmission part provided outside a vehicle in a state that it is arranged in the power receiving position S2. The plurality of detecting parts 310 are provided to a vehicle body separately from the power receiving part 200, and detect the strength of a magnetic field or an electric field formed by the power transmission part. The plurality of detecting parts 310 are either arranged so as to be included in a projection space formed when the power receiving part 200 arranged in the power receiving position S2 is projected upward in a vertical direction, or arranged so as to be located around the power receiving part 200 located in the power receiving position when the power receiving part 200 arranged in the power receiving position S2 is planarly viewed along a vertical direction.
