PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multi-layered ceramic capacitor and a board for mounting the same.SOLUTION: The multi-layered ceramic capacitor includes: a ceramic body which includes a plurality of dielectric layers and includes first and second principal surfaces facing each other, first and second side surfaces facing each other, and first and second end surfaces facing each other; a first capacitor part which is formed in the ceramic body and includes a first internal electrode exposed on the first end surface and a second internal electrode exposed on the second end surface and including a lead exposed on the first side surface; a second capacitor part which includes a third internal electrode exposed on the first end surface and the fourth internal electrode having a lead exposed on the second side surface; an internal connection conductor which is formed in the ceramic body and is exposed on the first and second side surfaces; and first-fourth external electrodes which are formed outside the ceramic body and electrically connected to the first-fourth internal electrodes and to the internal connection conductor. The electrostatic capacitance of the first capacitor part is larger than the electrostatic capacitance of the second capacitor part.
