PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flat electric connector assembly which is easily replaceable and capable of obtaining predetermined surface roughness, and the mounting structure thereof.SOLUTION: An electric connector assembly 1 is attached at a position where an opening 62 of a partition 60 is covered and connects the inside and outside of the partition 62 via the opening 62. The electric connector assembly 1 comprises: an electric connector 10 including an insulating substrate 12 having a first surface 30a made of insulating material which faces the partition 62, a second surface 50b on a side opposite to the first surface 30a and a side surface 13 for connecting the peripheral edge of the first surface 30a and the peripheral edge of the second surface 50b, and an electric connection part 14 made of conductive material which is exposed at both the first surface 30a and the second surface 50b and which is electrically connected from the first surface 30a to the second surface 50b; and a surface 7a (good surface roughness area) of a metal plate 7 provided to at least the peripheral edge of the first surface 30a. |
