PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the package-in-package electric system of multi-components removing the demerit of a conventional package structure and the core module of the package-in-package electric system.SOLUTION: The electric system includes: a package substrate 1 having a plurality of pads 2; a first component 10 connected to the corresponding pad 2 by a plurality of first connection parts 16; a second component 20 connected to the corresponding pad 2 by a plurality of second connection parts 26; and a third component 30 connected to the corresponding pad 2 by a plurality of third connection parts 36. The first component 10 is disposed at the upper part of the second component 20 with respect to the lower package substrate 1, and the first component 10, the second component 20 and the third component 30 are electrically connected via the package substrate 1 to each other, and sealed by a main sealing material 50. |
