PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photovoltaic power generation facility allotment sale management system that promotes the diffusion of a photovoltaic power generation facility by providing earing merits by photovoltaic power generation for purchasers when the photovoltaic power generation facility was divided and sold to purchase applicants and enables after-sale management stably for a long period.SOLUTION: A photovoltaic power generation facility allotment sale management system is used by an administrator of property C to whom management of photovoltaic power generation facility 100 is entrusted by each purchaser D after sale when the photovoltaic power generation facility 100 comprising photovoltaic panels 102 was divided into a lot of portions and sold to purchase applicants. The photovoltaic power generation sale management system comprises the power generation facility 100, a management server 200, and a measurement device 300 for measuring power generation information on the power generation facility. The management server 200 comprises: a database 220 for storing power generation information measured by the measurement device 300; a distributed earning calculation unit 223 for calculating distributed earning information according to portions possessed by purchasers from power sale earning information calculated based on the total amount of power generation of the power generation facility; and a notification unit 270 for notifying terminals of the purchasers of the distributed earning information via a communication line. |
