<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing tea extract or coffee extract with reduced caffeine, in which a change in flavor is suppressed.SOLUTION: A method for manufacturing tea extract or coffee extract with reduced caffeine includes: a step of making tea extract or coffee extract contact with an adsorbent; and a step of removing the adsorbent from the tea extract or coffee extract by twice or more of centrifugal separation treatments.</p> |
