PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyarylene sulfide resin composition, which has an excellent black tone, impact resistance, and molding fluidity as an exterior part and, therefore, is suitable for use as electronic and electric parts such as especially a housing and the like for a mobile personal computer, a tablet computer, and a portable terminal device such as a mobile phone, or for use as electric parts such as automobile electric parts.SOLUTION: Provided is a polyarylene sulfide resin composition comprising: 100 pts.wt. of a polyarylene sulfide resin (A), a molded article of which compression molded at a melt temperature of 310°C and a welding pressure of 100 kgf/cmhas a color value (L value) of 70 or less, and melt viscosity of which measured under conditions of a measurement temperature of 315°C and a load of 10 kg using a Koka-type flow tester equipped with a dice having a diameter of 1 mm and a length of 2 mm is 50 to 1000 poises; 15 to 30 pts.wt. of a modified ethylenic copolymer (B); 15 to 30 pts.wt. of glass fibers (C); and 1.2 to 3 pts.wt. of carbon black (D) having a number average particle diameter of 10 to 20 nm as measured by an electron microscope. A compounding ratio of the modified ethylenic polymer (B) and the carbon black (D) satisfies a relationship, the modified ethylenic polymer (B)/the carbon black (D)(pts.wt./pts.wt.)=0.08-0.12. |
