PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a desk with a frieze board having convenience upon carrying it.SOLUTION: A desk 1 comprises: a top plate 11; a leg part 13L; a leg part 13R; and a frieze board 15 arranged downwardly on the front side of the top plate 11. The frieze board 15 is arranged in a manner where, at the front end part of the top plate 11, main surface of the top plate 11 and the front end part of the top plate 11 approximately lie on a line. In addition, the frieze board 15 is arranged in a manner where a gap between the frieze board 15 and the lower surface of the top plate 11 is narrow so that, substantially, a gap into which fingers and the like may be inserted is not provided between the top plate 11 and the frieze board 15. The frieze board 15 comprises: a main plate member 17; and a grip part 15 arranged on lateral center of the main plate member 17. As the grip part 51, a groove having a recessed shape from front plate part to rear side and a bottom section is formed. |
