PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a magnesium alloy manufacturing device that suppresses formation of a bottom surface texture of a magnesium crystal to improve plastic working property and enhance mechanical property, and to provide a magnesium alloy manufacturing method used for the device.SOLUTION: The magnesium alloy manufacturing device 10 includes: a rolling mill 11 for reciprocatory rolling of a magnesium alloy sheet by a reduction roll 12; and deformation processing means 13 for bending and extending the magnesium alloy sheet. In the magnesium alloy manufacturing method, the magnesium alloy sheet is subjected to deformation processing other than rolling by bending and extending the magnesium alloy sheet.
