PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flame-retardant polyester resin composition for stretching which has high flame retardancy by using a specific flame retarder, and further has bleed-out property and processability.SOLUTION: The flame-retardant polyester resin composition for stretching includes (B) 1-100 pts.wt. of a specific organophosphorus-based flame retarder (B component) and (C) 0.1-5 pts.wt. of a chain extender (C component) to 100 pts.wt. of (A) an aromatic polyester-based resin (A component) containing 50 wt.% or more of a polyethylene naphthalate-based resin (A1 component) and a polyethylene terephthalate-based resin (A2 component), where the ratio of the A1 component to the A2 component, (A1/A2), is in the range of 100/0 to 80/20. The resin composition has an MVR of 5-39 cm/10 min (300°C, 2.16 kgf) and a strain starting temperature, obtained by a tensile test prescribed in the specification, of 100-160°C. |
