<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cosmetic which has good skin compatibility and smoothness at the time of application, good filmy feeling after application, and excellent emulsion stability.SOLUTION: A cosmetic comprises: (A) 0.01 to 10 mass% of 1,9,10-octadecanetriol; (B) 0.01 to 15 mass% of a fatty acid ester-based nonionic surfactant having the HLB of 8 or more; (C) 1 to 60 mass% of at least one kind of oil agent selected from hydrocarbon oil which is liquid at 25°C and silicone oil; (D) 0.1 to 20 mass% of water-soluble polyhydric alcohol ;(E) 0 to 10 mass% of at least one kind of oil agent selected from castor oil and castor oil fatty acid; and the balance of water.</p> |
