<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem in which an illegal person can easily produce a fake of or peep a scratch sheet because means to conceal confidential information is only a scratch hiding layer, and the problem in which even a scratch sheet whose topmost layer has a hologram layer developed to prevent its forgery allows a third person to visually recognize the hologram layer and allows an illegal person to easily forge a scratch sheet having a similar optical effect.SOLUTION: A hologram layer is provided under a scratch hiding part of a scratch sheet, and its hologram design is concealed from a third person. Only after the scratch sheet is scratched, confidential information and a hologram reproduction image can be simultaneously recognized visually, and the forgery prevention effect is enhanced because of the unexpectedness.</p> |
