<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique for ensuring stability of the voltage value of an output voltage.SOLUTION: An addition voltage of the feedback voltage of an output voltage, and a conversion voltage obtained by performing voltage conversion of an output current is derived, and switching control is performed depending on the comparison results of the addition voltage and a reference voltage. The reference voltage is changed depending on the value of the output current. Consequently, change of the output voltage due to change of the gain of the entire circuit is suppressed, and the difference of the output voltage for a target voltage can be reduced.</p> |
