摘要
一种蒜头、葱头保存方法,备妥包装袋且将蒜头或葱头放入包装袋之容置空间内且密封,待蒜头或葱头在呼吸作用下耗氧且不断生成二氧化碳充满在容置空间内,令容置空间内的含氧量相对减少,且当容置空间内因充满二氧化碳而气压大于包装袋外的气压时,过饱之二氧化碳可由单向透气阀排出包装袋外,藉此构成本发明。
