A payment processing method of a payment server includes the steps of: receiving a first payment request message from a content providing server; generating a transaction ID corresponding to the received first payment request message; transmitting a first payment response message including the transaction ID to the content providing server, as the transaction ID is delivered to a mobile device from the content providing server; receiving a second payment request message including the transaction ID and authentication information from the mobile device; performing a payment process on the basis of the transaction ID and the authentication information; generating a second payment response message including execution result of a payment processor; and transmitting the second payment response message to the content providing server, as the execution result is delivered to the mobile device from the content providing server.
