The present invention relates to shoes having ventilating and heating functions, and more specifically, to shoes ventilating and heating functions, wherein a rotary fan installed in a shoe is rotated to allow the outside air to flow into the shoe and allow the air to circulate and flow out via the inside of the shoe, thereby always allowing fresh air to flow into the shoe to maintain the inside of the shoe at a pleasant state; and a surface heater installed in the shoe generates heat in the cold weather, such as winter, thereby previously preventing safety accident, such as frostbite. According to the present invention, provided are shoes having ventilating and heating functions, wherein the shoe comprises: a sole including an accommodation space formed inside the heel, and a plurality of air inlets formed in an outer surface of the heel and communicating with the accommodation space; an upper attached to an upper end of the sole and having an operation switch installed on an outer surface thereof; a liner inserted into the upper and having a plurality of ventilation holes formed above and below; an insole formed in a shape corresponding to the sole and installed on a lower surface of the sole; a battery inserted into the accommodation space of the sole and connected to the operation switch installed on the upper through a cable; and a rotary fan rotated by a driving motor connected to the battery. |
