HOLLOW BAR ANCHOR PILE AND CONSTRUCTION METHOD OF THE SAME

The present invention provides a system for constructing a hollow bar anchor pile, which has a soil stirring unit additionally installed in a hollow bar anchor pile to make a grout material and soil evenly mixed so that a high quality foundation pile synthesized with the anchor pile is constructed, and a method for constructing foundation pile in a building or a small space, using the same. According to a proper embodiment of the present invention, the system for constructing the hollow bar anchor pile comprises a small device capable of being steered or moving back and forth in the building or the small space; a percussion rotary hammer installed on an attachment of the front side of the small device; a hollow bar anchor pile which is mounted on the percussion rotary hammer and has a drill bit installed on the end thereof; a hydraulic power pack which is connected to the percussion rotary hammer by a hydraulic hose to supply hydraulic pressure to the rotary hammer as needed; a grout pump which is connected to the hollow bar anchor pile by a grout hose to supply the grout material to a hollow part of the hollow bar anchor pile; and a soil stirring means which is installed on the hollow bar anchor pile to stir the grout material and soil, when the hollow bar anchor pile rotates to penetrate into ground.
