The present invention relates to an excavator swing apparatus with an anti-sliding device, which smoothly perform braking release by blocking the leakage of hydraulic pressure of a spring of a brake piston in order to reduce the moving speed of the brake piston when a braking release signal is applied in a state where an excavator is positioned on a slope, and can prevent immediate braking release on the slope. The excavator swing apparatus with an anti-sliding device comprises: a brake flow path which is connected with a hydraulic chamber of a brake piston; a selection valve which connects the brake flow path with a brake hydraulic port or a delay flow path; a spring compartment flow path whose one side is connected with a spring compartment of the brake piston and whose the other side is connected with one point in the delay flow path; a check valve which is placed in the spring compartment flow path in order to allow the supply of hydraulic pressure only toward the spring compartment from the delay flow path; a spring compartment bypass flow path which connects on point in the spring compartment flow path between the spring compartment and the check valve, with one point in the spring compartment flow path between the check valve and the delay flow path; an anti-sliding valve which is placed on one side of an excavator in order to open or close the spring compartment bypass flow path; a slope sensor which is placed on one side of the excavator in order to sense a slope; and an anti-sliding valve control unit which closes the anti-sliding valve when the excavator is positioned on a slope, and opens the anti-sliding valve when the excavator is positioned on places other than a slope based on the slope information of the slope sensor. |
