The present invention relating to a ship equipped with a stern fin comprises a propulsion unit extending from the ship to the rear in the longitudinal direction of the ship; a propeller equipped in the propulsion unit; and a stern fin provided in the front of the propeller. The stern fin is inclined by a first angle from a parallel line to a rotary shaft of the propeller. A first side of the stern fin is flat and a second side is curved.
