The present invention relates to an LED module and a lighting device including the same. The LED module includes a printed circuit board which mounts an LED chip on the upper side thereof and includes a conductive line which supplies power to the LED chip, a heat radiation plate which is in contact with the lower side of the printed circuit board and discharges heat from the LED chip, and a heat sink which is arranged on the lower side of the heat radiation plate and discharges the heat from the LED chip to the outside. The heat sink includes a frame on which the heat radiation plate combined with the printed circuit board is received on the upper side thereof, a heat radiation pipe which is vertically combined with the rear of the frame, and a plurality of heat radiation fins which are combined with a preset interval in a transverse direction with regard to the axial direction of the heat radiation pipe. |
