The present invention relates to a horizontal drum type ice-making machine, and, more particularly, to an ice-making machine having a horizontal drum. For this, the horizontal drum type ice-making machine according to the present invention includes: an ice-making drum; a shaft whose part is inserted into the ice-making drum through a through hole formed at one side of the ice-making drum; a refrigerant supply pipe which is formed inside the shaft and to which refrigerant flows in; a refrigerant spraying nozzle for spraying the refrigerant supplied from the refrigerant supply pipe toward the inner surface of an ice-making drum case of the ice-making drum; a refrigerant recovery pipe which is formed inside the shaft to recover the refrigerant sprayed from the refrigerant spraying nozzle; a motor which has a rotary shaft directly connected with one side of the ice-making drum and provides a driving force to rotate the ice-making drum case; a constant pressure control valve for supplying refrigerant of constant pressure to the refrigerant supply pipe; a compressor which receives the refrigerant recovered from the refrigerant recovery pipe and discharges the refrigerant by applying constant pressure; and a heat exchanger which supplies the refrigerant discharged from the compressor to the constant pressure control valve after lowering temperature of the refrigerant to a predetermined temperature.
