Disclosed is a system for auditing work ability of a member of the National Assembly of the Republic of Korea. A system for auditing a member of the National Assembly of the Republic of Korea comprises a DB management part which stores and manages an index DB indicating work performance results of each member of the National Assembly of the Republic of Korea, and a server which calculates the level of work ability of a member of the National Assembly into a numerical value on the basis of the index DB. The server includes: a sorting part for sorting members of the National Assembly who will become an auditing target; an audit item selection part for selecting an audit item as to the members of the National Assembly sorted by the sorting part; a script transmission part for transmitting a script corresponding to the audit item selected in the audit item selection part to the index DB management part; a receiving part for receiving a corresponding index DB from the index DB management part again which received the script from the script transmission part; and a calculation part for calculating an audit score on the basis of the index DB received from the receiving part. |
