A battery pack according to the present invention comprises a battery cell having an anode and a cathode; a protective circuit module including a printed circuit board on which conducting wires are patterned, a test terminal formed on the printed circuit board and electrically connected to the battery cell and at least one static electricity absorbing terminal formed on at least one side of the test terminal, and electrically connected to the battery cell at an upper part of the battery cell; and a pack cover for finishing an opening part at an upper part of the protective circuit module, and having a test hole formed at a position corresponding to the test terminal to insert a metering rod for metering voltage of the battery cell and make the metering rod come into contact with the test terminal. The present invention may prevent a damage to the protective circuit module due to the static electricity flowing into the battery pack and also minimize possibility itself of letting the static electricity flow into the battery pack, thereby safely protecting the battery pack. |
