A variable valve device which varies a lifted amount of a valve according to an embodiment of the present invention includes: a first valve and a second valve which are arranged to open and close ports; a swing arm having a first valve pressing part and a second valve pressing part which are formed at both sides thereof to respectively press the first valve and the second valve; a support part for supporting a part which is spaced between the swing arm and the first and second valve pressing parts; a lost body arranged to rotate at the swing arm through a lost pin; a cam shaft having a first cam and a second cam to respectively press the lost body and the swing arm; and a latch pin arranged to move in a direction that the first and second valves are arranged to selectively fix the swing arm and the lost body.
