<p>The present invention relates to a sterilization system for red pepper powder and, more specifically, to a sterilization system for red pepper powder, wherein moisture is supplied while red pepper is poured via a hopper to allow red pepper to contain moisture during transfer of the red pepper, and the red pepper is crushed and turned into powder, and is sterilized by being guided to a plurality of low temperature or high temperature sterilization path, thereby preventing red pepper powder from being burnt or moisture from evaporating while passing the sterilization path. The system maintains properties and flavor of foodstuff while sterilizing. In the system, high temperature air is regularly introduced into the sterilization path to remove scale from oil which is attached to the sterilization path and is included in red pepper during the sterilization process, thereby preventing red pepper from being secondary contaminated in the sterilization process.</p> |
