<p>The present invention relates to a memory control device which minimizes memory bank clash through re-scheduling memory requests. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the memory control device comprises a scheduling unit which schedules every element included in more than two memory requests based on determined memory bank information when more than the two memory requests exist in the current cycle; and a request generating unit which generates a scheduled memory request for the current cycle by using one or more elements to prevent memory bank clash once scheduling of every element is completed.</p> |
