<p>The present invention is aimed at providing a high-strength steel wire suppressed with room temperature aging by omitting an element for accelerating decomposition of cementite among components of a steel wire and by additionally adding an element for suppressing room temperature aging. The high-strength steel wire according to the present invention includes 0.9-1.1 wt% of C, 0.8-1.5 wt% of Si, 0.1-0.5 wt% of Cr, 0.1-0.2 wt% of Mo, 0.015 wt% or less of P, 0.015 wt% or less of S, remaining amount of Fe and other unavoidable impurities. The sum of Cr and Mo is 0.6-0.7 wt%.</p> |
