The present invention relates to a box oven. More specifically, the present invention relates to a box oven including a unit to uniformly guide hot air into an inner space. The box oven according to the present invention includes: an external box having sidewalls to define the inner space; an internal box installed in the inner space of the external box, provided at both sides of a loading space in which a heat treatment target is provided, and including a hot air distribution plate provided therein with a plurality of through holes passing the hot air therethrough and a top plate; and a hot air supplying unit installed on the external box so that the hot air can be supplied through a hot air circulation path including a space between the external box and the internal box and an inner part of the internal box. The box oven includes upstream hot air distribution plate to divide the hot air supplied through the space between the internal box and the external box and to deliver the hot air to sections divided by the upstream hot air distribution plate in a vertical direction and a plurality of hot air guide ducts installed between the sidewalls. The box oven according to the present invention has an advantage in that the hot air can be supplied in constant amount regardless of the positions of the loading space. Accordingly, an introduced product has a uniform characteristic.
