<p>PURPOSE: An apparatus and a method, for improving heating capacity and thermal efficiency in a furnace for rolling are provided to extend the width of a furnace for improving the heating capacity of a furnace according to the width of a heated material. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for improving heating capacity and thermal efficiency in a furnace comprises a charging zone, a cart(300), a pusher(220), a driving source, a housing(400), and a spacer member. The charging zone comprises the sliding door. A pile-up plate is formed on the upper side of the cart. The cart is lead-out to the charging zone. The pusher is arranged within a furnace in the same height as a fixed skid beam. The driving source increases the pile-up plate to the location of pusher multi-stage. Heated materials are formed inside the housing. The spacer member stacks heated materials in the housing through the vertical interval control.</p> |
