<p>The present invention relates to a concrete foundation, which is to be a basic structure for a building, and a structure member for connecting the columns of the building, wherein a support part moves like a hinge capable of rotating within a predetermined range of the rotational displacement of a column when the column of the building is fixed to anchor fixed to a foundation to constitute the support part. A foundation plate in the shape of a plate having a predetermined thickness at the lower end of the column of the building is rigidly formed with the column. A rotational plate in the shape of a plate is provided at the lower part of the foundation plate, and an elastic plate composed of a material like elastic rubber is provided near the rotational plate. When a rotational displacement occurs to the column, the rotational plate in the middle part is not compressed owing to high rigidity but the elastic plate nearby is compressed, thereby constituting a hinge structure capable of absorbing a predetermined amount of rotational displacement because a hinge anchor fixed to the basic structure penetrates a basic plate and is exposed upward of the basic plate, thereby fixing the basic plate with a nut from the upper surface.</p> |
