Provided are a system and a method for providing a foreign currency exchanging helper service for a foreign tourist, which includes: a data storage part for storing foreign currency exchanging information for a foreign currency exchanging helper service; and a control part which provides foreign currency exchanging helper service information including foreign currency exchanging information related with a random foreign currency, tour information, and tour community information requested from an information instrument by being linked with a foreign currency exchanging information server and a tour information server and a social network service server.
