<p>The present invention relates to a composition for a semiconducting castable ceramic complex and a manufacturing method thereof. More specifically, to manufacture a composition for a semiconducting castable ceramic complex having a complicated shape and a large size, alumina cement as a binding material is added to semiconducting ceramic powder, the mixture is mixed with water and castable-molded, and the mixture is elaborately sintered to manufacture a semiconducting castable ceramic complex with an appropriate resistance value. To that end, in the present invention, the composition is manufactured by adding an appropriate amount of alumina cement as a binding material to semiconducting powder which is manufactured to have an appropriate resistance value by employing an insulation material having the same structure into calcium manganate having low specific resistance. By doing so, it is possible to maintain the appropriate level of molding strength and to form a complex through reaction without volatilization in the sintering process, thereby improving the densification level of the complex.</p> |
